The service costs $4995 upfront and $4995 at closing.
On average, practice owners make $12,500 more per month than associates. When I bought my first practice, my income increased from $200,000 to $700,000. I have helped some clients save $300,000 - $500,000 by preventing them from overpaying, helping with negotiations, and by keeping them from buying practices where the seller had been misrepresenting information.
Buying or starting a dental practice will likely be the largest purchase that you ever make. If you are buying a practice that has been listed by a practice broker, the seller is likely paying the broker $50,000-$100,000.
I prioritize my paying clients and am generally able to respond to questions in less than a day—often immediately. Once you pay the initial retainer fee, I will continue working with you until you either buy or start your dental practice, no matter how long it takes.
